At Tronics, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy on all orders.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories included.

To start a return, contact us at contact@tronics.com with your order number. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
